Group Rate

Group Rate: $165 for single or double occupancy, plus tax. State employees are eligible for a per diem room rate. There is a limited number of these rooms available, and approval is required prior to making your reservation. Click here to complete the approval process.

Tax on all rooms is currently 13.6% plus $1.50 local tourism tax, but subject to change. Rooms will be ready based on availability; an early check-in fee is available for check-in requests prior to 12:00pm. The group rate is available two days before and two days after the event dates based on availability if you want to extend your stay. 

Hotel Reservations: Reservations must be made by Monday, October 13, 2025, to receive the Washington Workforce Conference group rate. Availability is not guaranteed so reserve your room early. All reservations made after October 13 will be at the hotel’s standard rate. The Hotel Murano cannot guarantee room locations at the time of reservation.

Parking
WWA has secured a 25% discount on overnight parking. Guests staying overnight should park in the Hotel Murano Parking Garage and will have their parking costs added to their hotel bill. Please be prepared to share your license plate number with the front desk upon check-in. Guests driving in for the day can pay to park using the pay machines located in the Hotel Murano parking garage.

Ground Transportation:
Ground transportation, including Lyft, UBER, taxis, and rental cars, is available at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Hotel Murano does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport. 

Check out Premier Airport Shuttle to schedule your ride in advance from Sea-Tac to the Hotel Murano for a discounted rate. Single riders cost $57.70 or gather your colleagues and share a ten-passenger private van for $266.60. 

Rental Cars: 
All rental car companies operating at Sea-Tac Airport operate from a separate rental car facility with dedicated shuttle buses operating on a 24-hour-a-day schedule. There are two passenger pick-up areas located outside of baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.
