Travis Piatz is a dynamic workforce leader serving as both Chief Operating Officer and Equal Opportunity Officer at South Central Workforce. Serving Kittitas, Yakima, Klickitat, and Skamania counties in Washington, Travis ensures operational excellence while championing access for all to employment and training solutions.

With a strategic focus on program implementation, regional partnerships, and meaningful outcomes, he enhances economic opportunity and workforce readiness. In his capacity as Equal Opportunity Officer, Travis ensures compliance and fairness are seamlessly integrated into every initiative.

Beyond his organizational leadership, Travis is deeply involved in professional development and HR education as the College Relations Chair for Yakima SHRM. In this role, he bridges the gap between emerging talent and workplace demand, cultivating a stronger, more connected HR community.
