Teresa Eckstein is the State-Level Equal Opportunity Officer for the Washington State WorkSource system and Equal Opportunity Director for Employment Security Department. Teresa is passionate about equal opportunity, civil rights, and workforce development. She has over 25 years’ equal opportunity work experience, including 10 years in her current postion, and 15 years' prior experience with state government and higher ed. Teresa earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies and Civil Rights from The Evergreen State College. Teresa is a lifetime Washingtonian and is grateful that her job takes her to every part of our beautiful state.
