Yanira Cisneros is the Bilingual Business Development Manager for the Yakima County Development Association (YCDA). She leads initiatives that advance small business growth, workforce development, and equitable economic opportunity across Yakima County. Since joining YCDA in 2020, Yanira has supported businesses in accessing capital, licensing, and expansion resources. She also helped develop YCDA’s Accelerator Programs - strategic efforts designed to strengthen key industries and address workforce needs through training and mentorship. Yanira’s work reflects her commitment to building a more inclusive and resilient local economy through collaboration and community investment.
